ALL shipping is via express post at a flat rate of $16.95 (FREE express shipping for orders over $75) (excluding wholesale orders).
All items are made to order. IE: not ready to ship the same day, in most cases. They will be shipped in 1-5 days from order, depending on the quantity and the day it is ordered.
All efforts are made to ensure your chocolate arrives in good condition. As such: IN SUMMER: - Orders are shipped on Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday ONLY to ensure your order is not sitting in a hot warehouse over the weekend - ALL shipping is via express post at a flat rate of $16.95 (FREE express shipping for orders over $80)
If you live in a particularly hot or humid area, please get in touch so I can arrange the best possible shipping option for you, andplease make sure there is somewhere cool, dry and out of direct sunlight to leave your delivery- be sure to add specific delivery instructions if you need to!
We promise to make every effort to ensure your chocolate arrives in perfect condition, however we cannot take responsibility of Australia Post employees, or if you are not home when your chocolate arrives - please ask that it be taken back to the post office if you think you might not be home and there is no appropriate place to leave it.
