Shipping policy

This part is super important - please read!


We make your order from scratch when we receive the little “ding” confirmation, so that it’s fresh and delicious for you. Then we pack it into an insulated bag, and express post it (or courier) to your address. We will do our absolute best to get your package to you in good condition but once it leaves our hands, it’s the will of the treat gods.


We will only ship on Monday Tuesday and Wednesday so that it spends minimal time sitting around in the Australia Post warehouses, especially as we are shipping from regional NSW.


We don’t currently have a huge range of shipping options, so if you’re not happy with the current shipping situation please get in touch and we can try to work something out for you.


If you live somewhere HOT or HUMID then please get in touch before placing an order- you can imagine why. I don’t want you to be disappointed when it turns up in a puddle, so let’s see if we can organise something specific for you :)
