Refund policy
We do our absolute best to ensure that your products are packaged and shipped in a timely manner, utilising heat protection. However, once the parcel in with the freight carrier we cannot guarantee that the product will not be subjected to extreme heat or rough handling. If you live in an area of high heat or extreme weather, please contact us first so we can try to arrange something for your parcel to be delivered in best condition possible.
There is no returns or exchange policy for change of mind, once the order has been shipped.
However, we know it's hard to try something new, and we are so confident you'll love our chocolate, so we're offering a full money-back guarantee if you're not absolutely satisfied with your rocky road within 7 days of your order arriving at your shipping address (as per Australia Post tracking that comes with your order). This offer is valid for online purchases made directly through www.pebblypath.com.au after the 20/7/2024, and not valid for purchases made via any other online retailers, online marketplaces (such as global sisters or spend with us) or purchases made at brick and mortar stores that stock our products. It is also not available for wholesale orders. Refunds require proof of purchase from our website, and shipping costs are not refundable.
