Can I cancel my order?
Yes – no charge if cancelled 7+ days prior. After that, cancellation fees apply (see full terms in our kit).
When is payment due?
At checkout, or via bank transfer 10+ days prior to delivery. Include your order number as reference.
Can we fundraise more than once?
Yes – up to 4 times per year per organisation.
