About Pebbly Path

Oh hey there! You’ve stumbled down the Pebbly Path—Mudgee’s home of the most ridiculously delicious rocky road everrr.

We’re not your average chocolate shop. Nope. We’re all about unique flavours, local ingredients, and 100% sustainable packaging (because saving the planet is kind of important).

Meet Tash (a.k.a. the Rocky Road Queen 👑)

Hi, I’m Tash. Mum of two cheeky kiddos. Emergency nurse turned chocolate whisperer. Foodie to my core.

Here’s the thing: I was OVER spending my hard-earned cash on treats that promised indulgence but delivered disappointment. So, I rolled up my sleeves, grabbed some chocolate, and decided to do better. Way better.

Now? I make rocky road that’s big on flavour, low on fuss, and free of the “five-star price tag, one-star attitude” nonsense.

We proudly support LIVIN.org, donating part of our profits to their mental health initiatives. At Pebbly Path, we talk about mental health as frequently as we talk about chocolate (and trust me, that’s A LOT).

Yes, we make the best rocky road EVER

But it's not JUST about the exceptional flavours.

We donate a % of our profits to LIVIN mental health organisation, which you can read more about here. But essentially, we're talking about mental health, reducing the stigma, supporting each other in the workplace, and reminding each other to take our meds!!!

We're committed to making mental health visible, encouraging help-seeking behaviors, and changing the conversation to one where it's as normal to talk about mental health as it is about a headache.

At Pebbly Path, we don’t just talk sustainability...
we live it.

Every product is packaged in 100% home-compostable, plastic-free materials, made in a zero-waste kitchen powered by solar energy. We source local ingredients wherever possible, recycle water to nourish our garden, and keep materials flowing in the circular economy. And, we were finalists at the 2023 NSW Business Awards in the sustainability sector (but we won the excellence in micro-business section 🏆).

Great chocolate shouldn’t cost the Earth, so we're dedicated to doing out bit.
