Pebbly Path is growing, and we're looking for two people to grow with us.

We make small-batch rocky road in Mudgee - unusual flavour combinations, Australian ingredients, and completely plastic-free packaging. We're a small, close-knit team with a strong inclusive and flexible culture. We take what we make & how we make it very seriously, but we don't take ourselves (or each other) too seriously.

Production & Ops Coordinator
Casual | Min. 2 days/week | Mudgee Region | Mid-June start

Mostly on the production floor, with some time on the admin and ops side of the business - dispatch & fulfilment, inventory management, using Shopify. Hours grow significantly from August through Christmas, and beyond for the right person. Award rate to start, above-award earnable. Weekend markets available if you're keen, paid at weekend penalty rates.

No experience necessary. We'll train you on the job.  The only thing you MUST have is a can-do attitude, be adaptable to change & have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Production Coordinator
Casual | Min. 2 days/week | Mudgee Region | Mid-June start

Primarily production floor, with some floor-level ops support for our operations manager. Same hours structure, same culture, same opportunity to grow. Award rate. Weekend markets available if you're keen, paid at weekend penalty rates.

Someone with the right attitude - flexible, engaged, a problem solver, an excellent written and verbal communicator, and keen to take on more over time.

Both roles have a real growth path. We're looking to develop the right people into them.

Must be based in Mudgee Region NSW.
