Shipping

 

Shipping chocolate in Australia can be a tricky thing.  I will do my absolute best to get your delicious snacks to you in perfect condition, so I do have some strict shipping guidelines:

1.  During hot periods, I will only ship your items by express post or by courier on Monday's, Tuesday's and Wednesday's, so that your products aren't sitting in a warehouse over the weekend.

2.  I mostly make your items fresh to order.  So if you order on Wednesday morning, it's possible that I won't be able to get it into the post until the following Monday.  If you would prefer things to be sent on Thursday/Friday and want to take the risk, I'm happy to do that if you request it.

3.  I do my best to protect your products, especially in warmer months.  I use insulation inside our thick postage boxes.

4.  If you don't expect to be home when your order arrives, please include delivery instructions for your items to be left in a cool place/pick up at post office.

6.  FREE local pickup from Pebbly Path HQ in Mudgee

7.  FREE local delivery within the Mudgee CBD - please contact me directly if you need a particular delivery date/time to ensure I will be able to get there
